2. Products

We offer clothing and accessories inspired by the Y2K aesthetic. We do our best to display colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD ($). We may change prices at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions or incorrect billing or shipping information. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.

5. Payments

Payment is taken at checkout through secure payment providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal). We never store your card details.

6. Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–8 business days after shipping. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control.

7. Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Full details are in our Refund policy.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for damage resulting from misuse of our products.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website (images, branding, design, text) belongs to Y2K Crew. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
