Refund policy
We strive to provide the highest quality products possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for reimbursement.
To initiate a returns procedure, please send us an e-mail to contact@y2k-crew.com indicating the reason why you wish to make a return. Feel free to include photos or a video if necessary.
We'll get back to you promptly with a return label or a return address. No restocking fee will be charged.
Upon receipt of your return, the parcel will be examined and a refund will be made via the payment method used when placing the order. A refund receipt will be sent to the e-mail address used at the time of purchase.
Any return made without prior contact and/or sent to the Y2K Crew contact address will be invalid and ineligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Defective product or wrong product received
If your product is defective upon receipt or you have received the wrong product, please send us photos or videos of the product so that we can determine the problem. Once we have established the defect, we will send you a return label so that you can return the product to us free of charge. In some cases, we may be able to send you a new product without you having to return the defective one. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to initiate a return request for this reason.
Size change
You can request a size change if your size does not fit. Send us an e-mail to contact@y2k-crew.com and we will send you the procedure to follow to return your parcel. Once we have received your return, we will send you a new product in the size you require. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to initiate a return request for this reason.
Late or never arrived
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your parcel. If the delivery of your parcel exceeds the announced delivery times, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at contact@y2k-crew.com. We will do our best to help you. If your order is delayed by more than 30 working days, we will refund your money.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Order cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. If any information on your order is incorrect (size, address, name) and you wish to cancel it, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible to contact@y2k-crew.com and we will cancel it if it has not yet been processed. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to request a return once the order has been received.
Sale and promotional items
All items are eligible for a refund, whether they are at normal price or on sale at the time of purchase.
